We congratulate the team at the Disfrutar restaurant, which has been designated the best restaurant in the world in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2024, considered the Oscars of world gastronomy. This establishment in Barcelona already has three Michelin stars. This is how he follows in the footsteps of his mentor, chef Ferran Adrià, who with his restaurant El Bulli won this same award on 5 occasions.
One of the three founders of Disfrutar, chef Oriol Castro participated in the Gaudí 2nd World Congress organized by The Gaudí Research Institute in Shanghai in 2016. Ferran Adrià had also participated in the Gaudí 1st World Congress held at the University of Barcelona in 2014.
